Pre-Cleaning Checklist

To ensure the most efficient and thorough cleaning, we kindly ask that you prepare the following items prior to our arrival:

To help us clean efficiently and thoroughly, please prepare the following items before our arrival:

Declutter Surfaces: Clear countertops, tables, and other areas of personal items.
Remove Dishes: Put away dishes or place them in the sink/dishwasher.
Personal Items: Store clothing, toys, and loose items from floors and furniture.
Secure Valuables: Safely store any important or fragile items.
Pet Safety: Ensure pets are in a safe area away from cleaning.
Trash Bags: Leave fresh trash bags for emptying waste bins.
Access: Make sure we have clear access to all areas to be cleaned.

Add-On Services: If you have requested any add-ons, please prepare them as follows:

Laundry: Leave presorted laundry and detergent in a visible area. Avoid delicate or dry-clean-only items.
Inside Refrigerator: Empty the refrigerator shortly before our visit or discard unneeded items.
Inside Oven: Use the self-cleaning function the night before.
Inside Cabinets: Empty cabinets to be cleaned in advance.
Blinds: Remove blinds to be cleaned; our team will clean them under the sink or in the shower.

For Moving Cleans

Before Cleaning Day
- Remove All Belongings:
  - Please make sure all personal items, furniture, décor, and trash are removed from the home.
  - We can only perform the cleaning if all areas are completely empty.
- Check Cabinets & Closets:
  - Open every cabinet, drawer, and closet to confirm nothing is left behind.
- Notify Us of Remaining Items:
  - If anything will remain (large furniture, appliances, etc.), please let us know in advance.
- Power & Water On:
  - Ensure electricity and running water are available during cleaning.
Appliance Prep
- Run the Oven’s Pre-Cleaning (Self-Cleaning) Cycle before our team arrives, if applicable.
- Empty the Refrigerator & Freezer completely and unplug them if possible.
- Run Dishwasher Empty (if applicable) and leave the door open.
