What’s the Cancellation Policy?​

Our platform is built to offer flexibility, but we do have certain guidelines to follow.

​

These policies are in place to ensure a dependable and consistent experience for both our customers and professionals.

​

We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly. However, rescheduling or canceling a booking within 24 hours of its start time can lead to our professionals missing out on valuable work. Therefore, fees will be charged for any changes made within this short notice period.

Booking Cancellation Policy

​

Type: Short Notice Cancellation Fee - Standard Clean

 

Description: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the booking with no fee. Cancel less than 24 hours before the booking.

 

Fee: A 50% cancellation fee applies if appointments are not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. All appointments will be charged in full if canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled start time. Since we reserve this spot especially for you, the fee will be used to pay our cleaners who would otherwise be cleaning for another customer.

Type: Short Notice Cancellation Fee - Deep Clean or Custom Clean

 

Description: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the booking with no fee. Cancel less than 48 hours before the booking.

 

Fee: For specialty cleans (including but not limited to deep clean, post-construction/post-renovation cleans), a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted price will apply if appointments are not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking. All appointments will be charged in full if canceled within 5 hours of the scheduled start time. Since we reserve this spot especially for you, the fee will be used to pay our cleaners who would otherwise be cleaning for another customer.

 

Type: Missed Appointment Fee

 

Description: A professional arrives for a scheduled booking but cannot gain entry or start work.

 

Fee: Appointments are fully confirmed and charged 3 hours prior to the scheduled time for standard cleaning and 5 hours prior to the scheduled time for deep/custom cleaning. We cannot issue refunds within 3 or 5 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

 

Type: Medical Emergency / COVID Positive

 

Description: In the event of a medical emergency or positive COVID test. Note: Please reach out to our team and provide a medical letter or test dated within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.​​
